we’ll use CL for an example
go to craigslist or any site that has apartment listings.
find out what apartments are going for then post pictures of a beautiful apartment
and if the average rent in your area is $1500 make your ad say apartment for $900
make these listings by owner and don’t put a phone number.
when the people contact you for more information say….
